Open Question: Need advice from people who have had similar experience..?







Hi, i am 30 years old, have been on the pill for about 13 years, and never had a pregnancy scare in my life. I have never missed my period in my life either, although i have to admit I frequently forget to take a pill or 2 here and there. I have been in a committed relationship for 7 years now so pregancy is not necessarily a bad thing. Ok this is my experience so far.. I forgot to take 2 pills in the middle of the month, I started spotting so i realized what i did ad resumed taking the pills. My period was supposed to come this past Thursday but it has at times come on Friday, so when Saturday came it had me concerned. I took a pregancy test on Sunday (dollar store) and it was neg. I really have no symtoms except feeling overly tired at time, and for the first time in my life I experienced acid indegestion. I didn't even know what it was, because like I said it has never happened before, not it happens daily. My breasts are not sore, and there are no other feelings I am having other than being concerned and anxious. I called the doctor b/c I was supposed to start taking my pill this past Monday, and they said do not take them since I have had unprotected sex this month, and there is a "risk" of pregnancy. They said wait a week and retest, as it may be too soon. Has anyone else ever had this type of situation happen, and they turned out pregnant, or it turned out they weren't??? It is just super wierd b/c like I said I have never missed my period in my entire life!!
